1. * sometimes codec download was required even if codec was already installed globally, fixed
2. * TV, Radio buttons, did not open right section in ML, fixed
3. * fixed incorrect mms stream playback
4. * added support for http authentication, for shoutcast and icecast streams
5. * mp3/ogg streams can now be played directly from http, without downloading them first
6. * '-hide' command line option now works also if first parameter is not specified
7. * some other bug fixes and changes
